These terms apply to every order placed through this website. By placing an order you agree to them, so please read them first.
Bloop (“we”, “us”) sells wall art prints, posters and framed prints. You can contact us at contact@bloop.art.
Some of the artwork we sell is created with the help of artificial intelligence. We take care to make original work, but we cannot guarantee that no generated image resembles an existing work.
If you are a rights holder and believe a design infringes your copyright, please contact us with details of the work and of your ownership of it. We will review your claim promptly and, where we agree it is justified, remove the design from sale.
Every print is produced with a white border around the artwork. The pages of this website use a white background, so the border is not visible in the images shown here. By ordering you acknowledge and accept that your print will have a white border.
Because the white border is part of how every print is made, a print with a white border is not damaged, defective or not as described, and we will not replace it or give a refund on that basis. This does not affect your right to cancel under section 6.
We sell to the United Kingdom, the European Union and the United States, and prices are shown in pound sterling, euros or US dollars depending on where you are. Prices include delivery where stated and any sales tax or VAT we are required to charge. An order is accepted when we confirm it by email. We may decline or cancel an order, for example because of a pricing error or a product being unavailable, and will refund any payment taken.
If you can see our prints but no prices or Buy button, we do not currently take orders for delivery to your country. You are welcome to browse the collection, and we hope to deliver to more countries in future.
Each print is made to order by a third-party print partner, so delivery times are estimates only. We are not liable for delays outside our reasonable control, such as carrier disruption. Colours may vary slightly from what you see on screen, because every screen displays colour differently and printing is a different process.
Your print is made and shipped from a facility in or near your region. Orders are delivered to the address you give at checkout, so please check it carefully: we are not responsible for orders that are undeliverable or lost because the address was wrong or incomplete. Where an order is shipped across a border, you are responsible for any customs duties or import charges that apply.
If you are a consumer, you can cancel your order for any reason, from the moment you place it until 14 days after the day it is delivered. To cancel, tell us clearly, for example by emailing contact@bloop.art with your order number. You may use the model cancellation form at the end of these terms, but you do not have to.
If you cancel before your order has been sent, we will stop it and refund you in full. If it has already been sent or delivered, please return it to us within 14 days of telling us you are cancelling; we will tell you where to send it. You pay the cost of returning it, and it is your responsibility until it reaches us, so please pack it carefully and keep proof of postage.
We will refund the price you paid, including the original delivery, within 14 days of receiving the print back or of you showing us proof that you sent it, whichever is sooner, using the same payment method you used. We may reduce the refund if the print has been damaged or its value reduced by handling it more than you would need to in order to inspect it, for example if it has been written on, trimmed or hung.
If your order arrives damaged, defective or not as described, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photographs, and we will arrange a free replacement or a full refund. You do not need to return a damaged print unless we ask you to, in which case we will pay for the return.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer, including your right to goods that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described, or any mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live that cannot be waived by agreement.
All designs, images and content on this website belong to us or our licensors. Buying a print gives you ownership of that physical print only. You may not copy, reproduce or resell the artwork, or use it commercially, without our written permission.
We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to exclude. Otherwise, our total liability to you in connection with an order is limited to the price you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
We use your personal details only to process and deliver your order and to respond to you, and we share them only with the payment, printing and delivery providers needed to do so.
We may update these terms from time to time. The terms in force when you place an order are the ones that apply to it.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, although if you are a consumer living elsewhere in the UK, the EU or the US you may also rely on the mandatory consumer protection laws of your home country and bring proceedings in your local courts.
Complete and return this form only if you wish to cancel your order. Emailing us the same details works just as well.
